Delivery & collection
Dispatch
We pack and dispatch orders on most days. Please allow up to 2–3 business days for dispatch. Dispatch time is the time we need to prepare your order; delivery time is additional and depends on the service selected at checkout. We will send a dispatch confirmation when your order is on its way.
Delivery destinations
We currently offer delivery to Scotland, England and Wales. We do not currently offer delivery to Northern Ireland or international destinations.
Delivery charges
The charge depends on the products ordered and the selected delivery service. Current standard rates include:
- Candles: £3.95
- 12cm houseplant shipping group: £4.95
- Large-houseplant shipping group: £7.95
- Plum seeds: £3.00
- Greetings cards: £1.50
Other items use the applicable rate shown at checkout. Charges for products in different shipping groups may be combined. The final delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Collect from the Barras
Select local pickup at checkout to collect from Seeds & Saplings at the Barras Market, Glasgow. Collection is available on Saturdays and Sundays, 10am–4pm. Please wait for your ready-to-collect email before travelling, and bring your order confirmation or order number.
Preparation estimates refer to getting your order ready. They do not mean the unit is open for collection on weekdays.
Collection-only products
Products marked as collection only cannot be posted. Please select local pickup for these items.
