Candle Care & Safety

How do I properly burn my Seeds & Saplings candle?
To ensure a safe and optimal burn, always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each use. Allow the candle to burn long enough for the wax pool to reach the edges of the container, especially on the first burn. For more detailed instructions on how to care for your candle and avoid common issues like tunneling, please visit our Candle Care Guide.

Why is my candle tunneling?
Tunneling often occurs when the candle isn't allowed to form a full melt pool to the edges on its first burn. Our Candle Care Guide provides tips to prevent tunneling and achieve a beautiful, even burn every time.

What should I do if my candle's flame is too high/low?
A flame that's too high usually means the wick needs trimming. A low flame can indicate a wick that's too short or not enough oxygen. Our Candle Care Guide has more troubleshooting tips for optimal flame performance.

How do I store my candles?
To preserve the fragrance and appearance of your candles, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Our Candle Care Guide also covers long-term storage tips.

Plant Care

How do I care for my new plant?
While general principles apply, every plant has their own requirements. Which is why I have written a care guide for every plant we sell here.
